Refreshing Four Fruit Punch

YEILD: 48 4oz. Servings



Ingredients

  • 1 cup lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 6 cups apricot nectar 4 cups pineapple juice

  • 64oz. ginger ale, chilled

  • pints pineapple sherbert in scoopfuls

  •  1 12oz. can Hawaii’s Own Passion Orange concentrate, thawed


A large glass bowl of orange sherbet punch topped with three scoops of vanilla ice cream. Fresh pineapple and orange pieces surround the bowl.

Directions

  1. Advanced preparation: In large bowl combine the first six ingredients, stir well to dissolve the sugar.

  2. Before serving: Slowly add 64oz. ginger ale chilled; mix until blended.

  3. Add 2 pints of pineapple sherbert in scoopfuls.
